The nearly refurbished 116,000 square-foot buildings in Vineland, NJ were financed and developed by the CCIA, which continues to own the facilities. The estimated $14.4 million project, in partnership with Cumberland County, NJ Treasury and the Motor Vehicle Commission is slated to be completed by December 2016.

The buildings streamline the delivery of federal and state social services bringing all of those services under two roofs. This project has resulted in rental income to be returned to the county and eventually to taxpayers. The effort also creates an opportunity for the Improvement Authority to reinvest in future projects.
