Strategic financial investments leading to other improvements benefiting the county include projects such as this one in Vineland. This effort involved razing a vacant and unsightly bank facility and transforming the location into a new office now occupied by the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles.

For this project the Cumberland County Improvement Authority financed, developed and managed the construction of the new office facility, which it now owns as a source for added revenue, and will ultimately benefit the County and its taxpayers.

This investment project demonstrates the diverse and value-added role the CCIA plays in leading the economic development efforts for Cumberland County.
